I love that the weekly prompts actually encourage reflection rather than just checking a box. The paper quality feels substantial, and it’s helped me cut my screen time by about an hour a day.

The prompts about disconnecting are so timely, and I appreciate that it's a simple, undated journal so there's no pressure to start on January 1st. The paper is thick enough that my favorite gel pen doesn't bleed through, which makes the daily reflections feel intentional.

The yearlong format is perfect for someone like me who always gives up on journals by February. The prompt to just “log off and drop in” actually gets me to put my phone in another room before I write.
