The little ritual card that comes with these actually makes me pause and breathe before I pop them in, which is way more calming than I expected. The ear plugs themselves are snug enough to block out my neighbor’s TV but soft enough that I forget I’m wearing them by morning.

Finally, earplugs with a matching ritual card to help you actually relax. The included "relaxation ritual" gives a nice, calming focus before you pop them in.

I was skeptical about the ritual aspect, but the ear plugs actually block noise well and the short relaxation guide is a nice touch for winding down. My only wish is that they came with a small carrying case instead of just the pouch they ship in.
